We’re proud to be Western Australia’s first and only food truck serving legendary 18-inch American-style pizzas, bringing the iconic taste of New York pizza right here to Western Australia. With big flavours, even bigger slices, and the perfect setup for events of any size.

Through this unique concept which has been operating for over 4 years, we bring nearly a decade of experience in the food truck industry. Since launching, The Big Slice has been operating at some of WA’s biggest events and festivals in and around Perth as well as events from Karratha to Albany and everywhere in between.

We serve our massive 18” pizzas in a range of different toppings from the family favourites of Margherita, Pepperoni and Hawaiian to specials such as our Mexican, Fried Chicken and BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza. All of these are served both by the slice and in a whole pizza, perfect for family sharing.

We also offer a range of delicious sides at our events, with something for everyone on our menu. We have many gluten free, vegan and vegetarian alternatives to all of our pizzas and sides, ensuring that all dietary requirements are catered for.

Our pizza is served hot, fast and fresh, with slices that keep the lines short and the crowds happy. Whether it’s a packed-out festival, a school carnival, a corporate event, or any other gathering, we pride ourselves on high-quality food, friendly service, and great pizza that will have you coming back for more.
