About us
Launched in July 2022, The Big Slice is a new offering by the same group that brought you The Fire Truck Pizzeria, which has been serving traditional Italian woodfired pizza to Perth for the last 5 years.
Due to the popularity and success of the Fire truck Pizzeria we have used our years of experience to create a new offering that we know you will love, bringing the New York experience and flavour to Western Australia.
As experts in our 'All you can eat pizza buffet', we pride ourselves on ensuring everyone is well-fed before we leave and making your event one to remember. Our traditional offering is pizza by the slice, however we have been working hard for our new 'pizza by the metre' (1 metre long pizzas) that are sure to be a crowd pleaser and are available by special request.
We also cater for public events of any size, and with our conveyor belt oven, we can cook and sell over 400 slices of our 18" pizzas per hour to feed even the largest of crowds.
